"Lou has brought both exceptional project management skills and a real creative eye to the BOOM Awards. She and her team delivered something so smoothly and effectively executed, with an attention to detail that was amazing. The creative oversight made everything sing from the table decorations at the press launch to the finalists boards and graffiti (my favourite bit) on the night.  The complex multi-faceted project was delivered on time, to brief and she built a real team spirit across all engaged with the BOOMs." Clare McDermott, Business Development and Marketing Director, Soil Association Certification.

Lou was amazing at leading us all, rallying us and keeping the creativity and the project moving – it would never have happened if she hadn’t come along to lead the way with her relentless enthusiasm and skill.  And to think she started all that with a tiny baby – honestly, it’s amazing!” Tiina Wastie, Events Manager, Soil Association Certification.
